With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carlos Leija of San Angelo, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Pepe and Guadlupe Leija; his wife Irma Gonzales; and his brother Antonio Leija. He is survived by: his sons, Danny Leija (Jennifer) and Juan Leija (Jessica); his brother Raymond Leija; and his grandchildren, Jalee Dianne Wiley, Scottie Soliz, Kortnee Leal, Kassidy Ruiz, Derrick Ruiz and Dominick Ruiz. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Robert Massie Funeral Home (402 Rio Concho Dr, San Angelo, TX 76903). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Miles Cemetery (16795 US-67, Miles, TX 76861).
