He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Feathers and Walter Feathers; his wife Jane Hoglund Feathers; his son Stephen M. Feathers; and his brothers, James L. Feathers, John H. Feathers, Bobby G. Feathers, Bruce F. Feathers and Charles R. Feathers.
He is survived by: his sons, William Dean Feathers (Terry) of San Angelo and Michael Scott Feathers (Casie) of San Angelo; his granddaughters, Megan Huddleson of San Angelo, Shelby Segura of San Angelo and Dana Fernandes of Wink; his great grandchildren, Autumn Ledbetter, Jayden Huddleson, Jakob Huddleson, Jenna Huddleson of San Angelo, Layton Fernandes, Kolee Fernandes and Delaney Fernandes of Wink; and his sisters, Maggie Duncan of Syracuse, Katie Perry of Syracuse, Brenda Perrotti of Syracuse and Louise Mooney of Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens (San Angelo, TX 76905).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Luke's United Methodist Church or Hospice of San Angelo in Bill's memory.
