He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Dale and Thelma Dale; his sister Wilma Linder; and his grandsons, Justin Dale and Brent Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Dale of Saltillo, Texas; and his children, Robert York Dale II (Kristie) of Yantis, Ronnie Tapley (Beth) of Waco, John Kelley of Josephine, Texas, Pam Utterback (Jeff) of California, Tina Leone (Paul) of Kansas City, Vicky Dickey (Steve) of Paris and Glenna Kelley of Paris. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the West Oaks Funeral Home (500 Hillcrest Dr N, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482).
