He was predeceased by: his wives, Darylene and Rose; and his parents, Bill Lou and Mary Lou. He is survived by: his sister Joyce; his children, Allen (Laura), Mistie (David), Justin (Kristy), Michael (Staci) and Steven; and his nieces and nephews, Scotti, Marrianne and Joseph. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
