He is survived by: his parents, George Donovan and Michael-Ann Powell; his siblings, Kaitlynn Bailey and Serafino Donovan; his son Marcello Rae; his stepdaughter Ella Caines; his grandparents, Michael Powell and Jenny Powell; his aunts, Regina Powell (Jim), Robin Ballard (Monte) and Eminda Kravis; his cousins, Mitchel Powell (Stephanie), Skyler Sadler (Cristian) and Landyn Sadler; his caregivers, Christine, Amber and Michael; and also Olivia Padin.
In lieu of flowers, a bank account has been setup thru 1st National Bank in Killeen to benefit his son, Marcello.
