It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Jane C. Morehead (Salado, Texas), born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Howard Stephen Morehead; her son Stephen Howard Morehead (Anya Morehead) of Killeen, Texas; her grandchildren, Alexander Crispin Morehead and Sophia Rose Morehead; her sister Judith Gail Landrum (John Harold Landrum Jr.) of North Carolina; her nephews, John Harold Landrum III of Virginia and Michael Grant Landrum of Virginia; and her sister-in-law D. Elaine Morehead of Temple.
The family request in lieu of flowers memorials be made in her name to the building fund of the First Baptist Church, 506 North Main St. Belton, Texas 76513.
