Margaret Ann Bay Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2025, at the age of 81, Margaret Ann Bay of Salado, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edison and Mary Ann McGee; her husband Curtis Arthur Bay; and her sisters, Totsie Allen and Hazel Beasley.
She is survived by: her children, Andy Bay and Sherrie Fritz; her son-in-law Bernd Fritz; her grandsons, Christopher and Dominik; and her sisters, Alare Currie, Faye Eddins and Billie Dawson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crawford Bowers Funeral Home (1615 S Fort Hood St, Killeen, TX 76542). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Salado (210 S Main St, Salado, TX 76571). A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at the Killeen City Cemetery (2408 E Rancier Ave, Killeen, TX 76543).
In lieu of flowers, the Bay family respectfully requests contributions in memory of Margaret Ann Bay be made to the Central Texas College Foundation - c/o Margaret Ann Bay Endowed Scholarship Fund. The Central Texas College Foundation is a separate non-profit organization which supports the mission of the college.
