She was predeceased by: her parents, Author Berry and Billie Louise Berry (Fielder); and her husband Cecil Vaughn Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Ellis, Kevin Ellis and Katherine Wilhite; her siblings, Steven Berry, Wanda Smith and Bernadette Berry; her grandchildren, Cody Hill, Tucker Wilhite, Brandon Wilhite, Haylee Endsley, Alison Moreno, Bryce Ellis, Phillip Ellis, Wyatt Radenz and Jessica Radenz; and her great grandchildren, Cecilia, Carolina, Nichole, Carter, Piper, Julianna and Daniel.

Memorials may be made to the Salado Church of Christ or the Alzheimer's Association.
