Karen Virginia Kinnison Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Virginia Kinnison (Salado, Texas), who passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kinnison and Virginia Saunders Kinnison. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Voelter Fazzino of Bryan and Andrew Kinnison Voelter (Teresa) of Holland; her grandchildren, Ashley Voelter, Kathryn Voelter-Rodriguez, Lillian Voelter and Luke Fazzino; and her brothers, Paul Kinnison Jr. (Trudy) of San Antonio and William Edgar Kinnison (Karen Sue) of Salado. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Broecker Funeral Home Chapel (949 W Village Rd, Salado, TX 76571). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Historic Chapel Salado United Methodist Church (650 Royal St, Salado, TX 76571).

In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
