It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Giau M. Quan (Salado, Texas), who passed away on February 14, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, CSsR and Hue. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren, a brother, and two sisters.
