He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Halbrooks and Coy Halbrooks; and his niece Amy Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Halbrooks; his sisters, Betty Michaels, Sara Roberts (Jim) and Kathryn Hopper (Ted); and his sisters-in-law, Melody Colasuonno (Bob) and Cherie Locke (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Broecker Funeral Home Chapel (949 W Village Rd, Salado, TX 76571). A reception will be held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
