He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Hugh Fulford and Margaret Helms Fulford; his former wife Patti; his brother Aaron Fulford; and also, Rene and Christopher.
He is survived by: his former wife Patrica Mae Green; his wife Sue; his sisters, Peggy, Alice, Linda and Diane; his sons, Stephen and Jerry; his granddaughter Amanda; and his pets, Scooter and Tinker. He is also survived by Three grandchildren and their spouses, three great-grandchildren.
