He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroline Wujcik (Bielek) and Mike Wujcik; his wife Helen (Praskovich); and his son Douglas Keith Wujcik. He is survived by: his children, Mary Johnson of Ohio, Bruce Wujcik (Deb) of Tennessee and Laurie Moore of Texas; and his granddaughters, Trisha Wujcik, Rachel Morrell (Anthony) and Vanessa Frazier (Adam). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
