He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Lee Moy Sr.; and his grandparents, Onufry Moy Sr., Adolph Padalecki Sr. and Clara Moy (Sczech). He is survived by: his wife Misty Harrell; his children, Kaylee Nicole, Colton William and Chase Everett; his mother Joyce Elizabeth Moy (Padalecki); his father-in-law Frank Michael Harrell (Carol Ann); his grandmothers, Josephine Padalecki and Eula C. Harrell; his siblings, Denice Lee Lyssy (Aldon "Shorty"), Daniel Lee Moy Jr. (Stacy), Brian Robert Moy (Elizabeth) and Kristy Diane Mechler (Eric); his nieces and nephews, Marissa Lyssy, Erika Lyssy, Colby Moy, Karina Lyssy, Hannah Moy and Jacob Moy; and his godchildren, Colby and Hannah.

The family asks that any monetary donations be put toward Mass intentions.
