He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Smith and Betty Lou Smith (Hudgeons); his siblings, Leslie Ann Harris, Carolyn Sue Acosta and Timothy L. Smith; and his father-in-law Albert Dylla.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith; his sons, Danny Smith Jr. and Phillip Smith (Jennifer); his grandsons, Noah Smith of St. Hedwig and Luke Smith of St. Hedwig; his mother-in-law Mae Dylla; his brothers-in-law, Richard Harris, Dennis Acosta and Edward Dylla; and his brother Newell Smith (Marian) of Pleasanton. He is also survived by numerous extended family & friends.
