He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Duelm Campbell; his son Ross Campbell; his grandsons, Dalton, Lane and Michael; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Puhlmann and Linda Duelm. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
