He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen "Pete" Cassell and Helen Cassell (Fuchs); and his siblings, Judy Boren, Billy Joe Cassell, Harold "Dinker" Cassell and George Cassell.
He is survived by: his uncle Robert Cassell (Alnita) of Pottsboro Tx. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces and great, great nephews and nieces.
