It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Foster (Sadler, Texas), born in McKinney, Texas, who passed away on May 19, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles Foster; her children, Sheila Allen, Stacy Carson (Jimmy), Tracy Foster and Jason Allen (Amanda); and her brothers, Johnny Holley, Danny Holley and Chase Smith. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
