He is survived by: his children, Gerald W. (Orvetta Grayson) of Humble, Paul Allen Grayson of Neches, Texas, Joyce Darlene Wedgeworth of Neches and Cynthia Groce of Garrison, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
