He was predeceased by: his brother David Daniel Hopkins. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Hopkins and Pamela Hopkins; and his sisters, Faith and Beth Hopkins. He is also survived by Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Friends.
In keeping with William's loving and generous spirit, it was his decision to give The Gift of Life through organ donation.
