He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Harris and Mary Harris; and his siblings, Orvis Harris and Willie Harris. He is survived by: his wife Linda Harris; his children, Todd Harris (Janet) and Shannon Harris Kennedy (Kevin); and his siblings, Margaret Jean Braden and David Harris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home - Sachse (2925 5th St, Sachse, TX 75048). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Damascus Cemetery.
