She is survived by: her husband Donald Smith; her children, Jamie Colvin, Donald Smith Jr. (Danelle) and Derek Smith (Crystal); her grandchildren, Jackie Carmack (Justin), Taylor Colvin, Zach Hurtt, Blake Colvin, Kennedy Colvin, Cooper Smith and Max Smith; her great grandchildren, Logan Carmack and Aiden Carmack; her sisters, Sandra Young, Barbera Sachse and Linda Sachse; her nieces and nephews, Buddy Young, Matt Sachse, Laurie Vulgamore (Larry) and Patti Young; her great-nephew Justin Young; and her great-niece Torre Sachse.
