She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Calhoun and Jess Calhoun. She is survived by: her sons, William "Billy" Brown, James Brown (Lesley) of Merit Texas and Caden Brown of Nevada; her sister Florence Prince (Dennis) of Scurry Texas; her grandchildren, Madison Brown, Natalie Davis and Taylor Duran; her great grandchildren, Bode Davis Baker, Audrey Duran and Atticus Duran; her nieces and nephews, Stacey Williams, Steve Rainey, Annie Tubbs, Russell Calhoun and Abbey Haas; her husband James Brown; and her siblings, Betty Rainey and Jess Alexander Calhoun. She is also survived by her grandkids, great grandkids, nieces and nephews and their children.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home - Sachse (2925 5th St, Sachse, TX 75048). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sachse Cemetery (6314 Sachse St, Sachse, TX 75048).
