She was predeceased by: her parents, William Travis Neal and Melba Feagin Frost; her son Philip Blackburn; and her husband Joseph John Blackburn. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Judah; her children-in-law, Glenn Judah, April Blackburn (Brent Blackburn) and Misty Blackburn; her grandchildren, Travis Judah, Cassie Judah-Wolf, Megan Blackburn, Ashton Blackburn and Joseph Blackburn; and her great grandchildren, Rylie Judah, Mackenzie Wolf, Presley Judah, Madelyn Wolf and Jaxen Judah.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles W. Smith & Sons Funeral Home - Sachse (2925 5th St, Sachse, TX 75048). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sachse Cemetery (3033 6th St, Sachse, TX 75048).
