She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ray and Mary Lou Ray (Wilhoite); and her husband Loyd Smallwood. She is survived by: her son Jeff; her granddaughter Ashley; her sons, Michael Smallwood (Diane Asher) and Jeffrey Smallwood (Jennifer Saba); her grandson Austin Jeffrey Smallwood; and her great grandchild Samantha Kay Amsbaugh.
