He is survived by: his mother Linda Dell Howell (Taylor) of Garland, Texas; his former wife Patricia Elizabeth Field; his wife Trish Howell of Sachse, Texas; his daughters, Brittney Howell of Forney and Katelyn Howell of Sachse, Texas; his grandson Asher Irizarry; and his sisters, Lisa Sherrod (Tim) of Garland and Laura Smith (David) of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, a host of other loving family members and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in Neil's honor to St. Judes Children's or the American Cancer Society.
