He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Spraggins and Claudie Spraggins; and his brother Dwight Spraggins. He is survived by: his wife Betty Nichols Spraggins; his sons, Kenneth and Craig Spraggins; and his stepchildren, Pam Berry, Jack Reeb and Cynthia McCullough (Ed). He is also survived by one grandchild, five step-grandchildren and 10 step-great-grandchildren.
