It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Mac Brown of Sachse, Texas, born in Whitewright, Texas, who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Brown and Nina Belle Thrasher; his wife Alma J. Brown; his siblings, G. C., Bill Earl, Jerry Ray, Ruth and Robbie Mae; and his daughter-in-law Gigi McFarlane.

He is survived by: his children, Deborah Dunn (Eric), Michael McFarlane, Dana Gross (Steven), Laurie Reavis (David), Cleve Brown and Kay Haden-Holt.
