He is survived by: his grandchild Christian; his wife Lynda Hendrick of Sachse, Texas; his children, Christine Cavitt of Jackson, Mississippi, Christian Hendrick (Shawna), Sarah Hendrick Reuter (John) of Boston, Massachusetts and Renee Congleton (Jason) of Plano, Texas; his grandchildren, Violet, Ezekiel, Xavier and Dax; and his sister Gayla Hope of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
