It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fidelis Hood Payne (Sachse, Texas), who passed away on April 14, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Blansett and Eva Hood; her husband Robert Dean Payne; and her children, Shawn Carroll (Gina), Debbie Frankey (Brad), Annette Miller (Mark) and Kimberly Marie Cutler of Boise.
