He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton D. Hall and Amy M. Smith Hall; and his sisters, Barbara H. Robertson and Pamela H. Seabolt. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Tabitha A. Hall and Stoney L. Hall; and his brother Michael R. Hall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
