He was predeceased by: his brothers, Glenn, Jim and Ricky; and his daughter Katy. He is survived by: his sister Diane Jones; and his grandchildren, Todd, Audra, Kirsten, Ellie, Emmy and Haven. He is also survived by nephew and three nieces.

Donations may be made, if desired, to the VA North Texas Health Care System of U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs .
