She is survived by: her parents, Allen Ray Lewis and Helen Lewis (Tate); her aunts and uncles, Charles Tate of Grand Junction, Mary Laverty of Puyallup, Rosie Tanner of Amarillo and Danny Tate of Duncan; her great-uncle Don Rau of La Porte, Texas.; her parent-in-law Betsie of Pampa; and her half-siblings, Eric, Matthew and Emilee.
