He is survived by: his wife Tracy Calhoun Chase of Sachse, TX; his son Matthew James Chase; his daughter-in-law Keisha of Forney, TX; his daughter Camille Nicole Chase of Forney, TX; his grandchildren, McKinley and Myles Chase; his brother Stephen Chase; his sister-in-law Alicia of York, PA; his sister Jacqueline Chase of Upper Marlborough, MD; his nephew Bryan Chase (Marisa) of Olney, MD; his great-nephews, Tysen and Bryce Chase; and his pet Major Benjamin Chase.
