She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduardo Castro and Mariana Castro; her husband Richard Guggenbuehl; and her siblings, Odilia Castro Cervantes, Rodolfo Sanchez Castro, Demetrio Sanchez Castro, Alicia Castro DeHoyos, Tomasita Castro Spicer, Eduardo Sanchez Castro and Estella Avelina Castro Guggenbuehl.
She is survived by: her sister Irma Elia Castro Carpenter; and her children, Paul Guggenbuehl (Merritt), Steven Guggenbuehl (Kelly) and Gina Watkins (Lynn). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
