As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Sharon may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Mechler and Agnes Becker Mechler. She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Smart, Dorothy Smart, April Mechler and Debbie Rodriguez (Roger). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews, great-great-nieces and -nephews, and cousins.
A rosary was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (310 FM 2200, D'Hanis, TX 78850). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery (1116 Co Rd 318, Sabinal, TX 78881).
