He is survived by: his wife Estella Martinez; his brothers, Eloy Ugarte (Irene) of San Antonio and Daniel Ugarte (Liz) of Oklahoma; his siblings-in-law, Sylvia Barajas (Jose) of Casa Grande, Arizona, Juanita Hill of Casa Grande, Arizona, Juan Martinez (Gloria) of Sabinal, Joe Longoria (Angelita) of Sabinal, Francisco Martinez (Gloria) of Sabinal, Jose Angel Martinez (Rosa) of Uvalde and Felipe Martinez of New Braunfels; and his nephew Luis Marcos Fernandez (Rebecca). He is also survived by other numerous nieces and nephews.
