Ivy; his sons, Justin Colby Ivy and Lucas Cody Ivy; his daughter-in-law Kathryn; his grandchildren, Angel, Courtney and Edward Ivy; his sisters, Marsha Kay Ivy and Billie Ivy; and his nieces, Julye Keeble and Stephanie O'Neill (Patrick).
