He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo C. Rodriguez and Antonia L. Lopez Rodriguez. He is survived by: his spouse Soila Leos; his children, Rebecca Rivera (Oscar) of Hutto, Rachel Paul of Sabinal and Joe R. Rodriguez, Jr. (Paula) of Luling; and his siblings, Rogelio Rodriguez (Consuelo) of Sabinal, Eduardo Rodriguez, Jr. (Dianna) of San Antonio and Estella Davis (Fred) of Sabinal. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
