He was predeceased by: his parents, Justo Juarez and Juanita Juarez (Narvaiz); his son Joseph Ruben Juarez; and his sisters, Dolores Surita and Ninfa Vera.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Juarez of Sabinal; his children, Rosalinda Juarez Cordova (Tiodoro N. Cordova) of Uvalde, Sonia Juarez of Uvalde, David Gonzales Juarez of Brownsville and Jesse Gonzales Juarez of Sabinal; his grandchildren, Joseph Justin Cordova, Christopher James Cordova, Joseph Ruben Juarez, Jonathan Juarez Placencia, David Juarez, Jr., Luis David Juarez, Stephanie O'Neill, Jesalie Juarez, Julisa Juarez, Jordan Juarez and Maria Elena Juarez; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Cordova, Braxton Qwade Juarez, Branson Jayms Juarez, Charmaine Ponce and Alaynah Richelle Martinez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
