She was predeceased by: her parents, Librado Alejandro and Casimira Alejandro (Alvarez); her former husband Gilberto Biera, Sr.; her children, Lee Biera, Sr. and Margarita "Kika" Valdez; and her siblings, Leonor Calsado, Maria Hernandez, Elena Rodriguez and Francisco Alejandro.
She is survived by: her husband Aurelio "Chapo" Rodriguez; and her children, Gilberto Biera, Jr. (Mary Helen) of Castroville, Rodolfo Rodriguez (Gloria Davis) of Sabinal, Ricardo A. Rodriguez (Eva Padilla) of Sabinal, Patricia Garcia (Juan) of Cotulla and Rita Lopez (late Joe) of Sabinal. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
