He is survived by: his wife Patti Latham; his sons, Michael James Latham (Laci), William John Latham (Jennifer) and Frankie Lee Latham (Sharon); his brothers, Michael Jerome Rusell (Karen) and Billy Banks; his grandchildren, Aaden, Alisha, Morgan, Mikie, Bobbie, Hailey JoAnn, Dixie, Emilie, Billy, Arion, Avery and TJ; and his great grandchild Payton Grace.
