He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Long Marks; his children, Alyssa (Stephen Halbert) of Weatherford and Jake Marks of Bulah; his grandchildren, Brayson, Avery, Gracelyn, Jaxson Marks and Eliana Halbert; and his sister Carolyn Marks of College Station.

Memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the First United Methodist Church in Rusk.
