He is survived by: his daughter Riley LeighAnn Brooks of Rusk; his parents, Wanda Patrick of Rusk and Benny Brooks of Rusk; his sister Mashell; his brother-in-law Casey Gates of Rusk; and his sister Stephanie Stevens of Rusk. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
