He is survived by: his children, Candace (Blain Elliott), Amber (Dannon Pate) and Richard; his daughter-in-law Holly Carroll Jr. of Liberty City, TX; his grandchildren, Jayden of Amarillo, McKenna Driver of Amarillo, Brylann Elliott of Amarillo, Raygan of Rusk, Kitt of Rusk, Liam Pate of Rusk, Corbin and Coen Carroll of Liberty City; and his siblings, John Wayne Carroll of Greenville, MS, Willie Carroll of Greenville, MS and Beverly Carroll of Greenville, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
