He is survived by: his parents, Rebecca Oliver (Wayne Cummins) and Ronald Oliver; his siblings, Brent Oliver (Hope), Marty Miller (Tammy), Mendy Cummins, Todd Cummins, Jerry Cummins (Teresa), Betty Lee Meggs (Louis Meggs), Sheryl Oliver and Ed Oliver (Candice Skulsky); his daughters, Kimberly Langston (Sarah), Becky Oliver and Brittney Oliver; his granddaughter Lilly Oliver; and his sister-in-law Hope. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
