He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kirby, Edith Sparks, Nicholas and Nell Sahadi; his uncles, Kenneth Sparks and Nicholas Sahadi Jr; and his stepmother Sally Sparks.
He is survived by: his children, Dalton Sparks and Hannah Horne; his parents, Roy Glenn Sparks and Glenda Ann Sparks; his siblings, Adam Sparks (Melissa), Brandon Sparks (Amanda), Chris Price and Amie Price; and his aunts and uncles, Patricia Creekmore, Cindy Watkins, Deanna Howell, Larry Sparks (Beth), Lloyd Sparks, Donald Walker and Kevin Parsons. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew and numerous cousins.
