She is survived by: her son Blake Moore; her grandmother Dorothy Scurlock; and her siblings, Duffy Lewis, Johnna Sandifer, Scott Lewis and Matthew Lewis. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
