He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Oscar and Lillian Tipps (Harrington); and his brothers, Dale Tipps and Lavelle Tipps (Clara). He is survived by: his wife Jan Tipps; his son Toby Tipps (Melanie); his brother Billy Don Tipps (Nora Ann); his sisters-in-law, Patsy Tipps of Brachfield and Kay Yates (Dewayne) of Henderson; his grandson Brad Tipps (Lacie); his great grandchildren, Kory and Kasen; his granddaughter Callie Presley (Louis); his great grandchildren, Braylie and Tallyn; his granddaughter Brittany Henry (Nick); his great grandchild Jordan Tipps; and his grandson Clayton Tipps. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
