He was predeceased by: his parents, Mannie W Woodard and Lessie Wilber Giles Woodard; and his brother Reagan Neil Woodard. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Woodard of Rusk; his children, Everett Woodard of Needville, TX and Leslie Ann Schobernd (Michael) of Brighton, IL; his grandchildren, Blake Durham (Katye), Connor Schobernd, Chasidy Metz (Bryan), Crystal Schobernd and Jonathan Schobernd; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Woodard; and his niece Karen Woodard. He is also survived by one niece; two nephews; as well as a number of extended family.
